* Music plays, Avox behind the camera signs for 3... 2... 1.... Snap!*
Good evening everyone, and welcome back from our break! (waits for crowd that has gathered near the stage to quiet) I am coming to you live from the Capitol, and am here to introduce each and every tribute to you this evening.
At this time I would like to call District 5's tribute to the stage.... Kai! (waits for them to come in) Good evening Kai, and I am sincerely sorry for under which circumstances on which we are meeting. However cheer up son, you may bot bee a career, but you certianly are a fit young man. Who knows you may beat the odds! Please sit down, just try not to disturb your costume too much, it could sell for allot of money later on if you win.... (waits for Tribute to sit down)
Now I have a distinct set of questions to ask you. These are be generic questions I will ask each tribute, just so that everyone gets to know you. Who knows some of this information could get you some extra nice things in the Arena. However be warned, I may throw in a random question just for you.
We all know that all the tributes will be fighting for their lives, but there is almost always a driving force behind the winners. Tell me Kai, do you have anything, or anyone, really special you will be fighting to come home to?

Kai would await the cue from his prompter to get him in, before Kai would make his entrance. The boy, from his own clothing had it's own flavour this year entirely. Instead of the wildlife theme of a kind person, Kai had been clothed in a mixture of green's and greys of all hues. Combat boots and trousers to go with, the trousers of course, being tucked into the dark green socks provided to him. Then this was layered, with a sleeveless yet skintight black vest, with embroided with white threads for a vine like plants like image to rise up the black vest in a diagonal pattern. The reason why they chose a sleeveless vest in itself was because of the What made him stand out the most would be his black hair, with tips of a sickly dark green, the green of venom to be said. All of his tips on the left side of his face (his hair was sweeped to one side, covering over one eye) was illuminated with these green tips.
When called on his name he'd simply walk, hunched over as he'd usually walk. Not completely- just to let them notice he was attempting to be himself. He had this routine figured out since he got over it on the train there. If he was going to go down? He wouldn't go down without a fight. But as the questions actually finally reached him, Kai would nod to the man, agreeing with his first set of words. But would he have anything special to ask him, or was he going to ask the exact same question?
"I don't fight for anything, or anyone." Kai replied simply, pausing for effect to allow his eyes to wander for a few moments, before flicking back to the man.
"I fight because I want to live. Nothing more; nothing less." Kai left it as that to cause maximum effect from the audience. He left it blandly for he barely knew the mind of the human, his own empty words would provide for their imaginations; they would think of Kai's situation and perceive it for a meaning of some sort, but while they were busy doing that they wouldn't realize their subconscious attraction to Kai. It was a psychological warfare, as Kai liked to state.

*smiles at Kai* It's good to see a boy not trying to act for the cameras, good for you. My that hair is striking, I don't need the clothes to know just what district YOU come from. *nods at the answers given* I understand that. I don't know if I would fight for anything else but to return home myself. *winks at the crowd* Well to get home to my Bailey more like it. He wouldn't ike it if I stayed away too long. (laughter from the crowd)
Well let me see, Kai. We capitol people know almost nothing about you. What are you interested in? What makes your clock tick?

Kai would refrain from making any appreciative faces of the sort. It wasn't exactly anything he could reply back to. 'Oh hey, I might die soon so I'll just smile for the camera.' that wasn't how he worked. But he'd simply tune out until he spoke some more in turn to question Kai some more.
"I understand that...considering my name is KAY. Kai is just an alias I frequently use. I like tracking, the cold and being left alone. I would also give a sarcastic comment about the clock you speak of...But I doubt that would earn me any positive impressions." Kai seemed disinterested-- only very slightly. Most of his attention was directed to the man before him, attempting to ignore the crowd (attempting.) and making his replies as if he was initiating a conversation. But for now...
He kept quiet. He was only going to speak when spoken too...and thus far he had kept it that way, and he had given all required information that they wanted to know. But as the seconds ticked by Kai would rub his fingers against his other hand, rubbing against a silver ring; his chosen token; with red colored initials, N.G.U.

Well then I assume you like to be called by your alias correct? If you would like to be called Kay for tehe rest of this interview please tell me. You are right, sarcastic comments won't win you any points in show biz son. Beleive me, the Games are the biggest thing in show biz so far. Remember that. *watches kai for a few seconds noticing him spinning the ring*
If you don't mind me asking what is the token you chose to keep, and why did you choose it. You can learn allot about tributes from their tokens.

"Please call me Kai." the response was quick- sharp. It was reflexive, that would indicate a lot to someone who observed. He didn't like to be called by his first name. After all, his name was a variant of the JabberJay. Except, with a K. This was the name given to him by his father and he absolutely depised it. He was essentially, being called a traitor by his very birth. It was a token to show of his distaste towards Kai, his youngest son. But Kai kept quiet when this...man gave a short yet annoying speech on showbiz. Incredibly short and contained the information he wanted to convey...But it was still annoying.
He watched this man back; he didn't even know this name. But regardless as the next question was asked, Kai slowly replied, but he hesitated for a moment. "My token."
"It was a gift of gratitude from someone. The initials stand for 'Never Give Up'. Albeit it's cheesy, it's one of the few things that ties me to this world." Kai purposely left out the name of whom gave it to him. The woman that had increased his chanced ten fold of being chosen. Even then he still wondered if it really was rigged...or she was wrong.

Alright, I figured as much. It's good to have a boy who knows what he likes. Even if it is how he likes to be called.
Kai, we capitol residents love cheesy. It is what grabs our hearts. That ring of yours will be remembered by many of us. I like that, the initials, that is. It is a motto I wish all tributes took up. So, how are you planning to win this years hunger games, any special thoughts you would like to share with us?

Kai gave a shiver as he knew the audience's eyes were trained on him. Yet again...another question. Kai would pull off and nod slightly before giving out his own opinion on it. Not that he was getting annoyed...It was just seemingly getting more and more well, intrigued by the second. They wanted to know Kai through and through. It was disturbing really...knowing a lot of people were watching you. Observing you like a specimen.
"I haven't got a plan. Not that it'd be worth anything; I'll make a plan as I go along." (Short post, sorry.)
