* Music plays, Avox behind the camera signs for 3... 2... 1.... Snap!*
Good evening everyone, and welcome back from our break! (waits for crowd that has gathered near the stage to quiet) I am coming to you live from the Capitol, and am here to introduce each and every tribute to you this evening.
At this time I would like to call District 1's tribute to the stage.... Panthea Lamia! (waits for them to come in) Good evening Panthea, and I am sincerely sorry for under which circumstances on which we are meeting. However cheer up beautiful, you are a Career. Odds are you will be the one to come out on top! Please sit down, just try not to disturb your costume too much, it could sell for allot of money later on if you win.... (waits for Tribute to sit down)
Now I have a distinct set of questions to ask you. These are be generic questions I will ask each tribute, just so that everyone gets to know you. Who knows some of this information could get you some extra nice things in the Arena. However be warned, I may throw in a random question just for you.
We all know that all the tributes will be fighting for their lives, but there is almost always a driving force behind the winners. Tell me Panthea, do you have anything, or anyone, really special you will be fighting to come home to?

She really was not looking forward to the interviews. The simple thought of someone probing around her mind with stupid questions annoyed her. What business was it of there's to know anything about her? But, of course, she had no say in the matter. She might as well just roll with the punches and try not to let her more... darker side show. Wouldn't want to scare anyone out there.
When her name was called, she walked out towards Sweeny Gee. His simple enthusiasm made Panthea want to hit him. Happiness just wasn't an attractive quality. At least, not to her. She'd much rather see a displeased frown on his face. But that's not pleasing to him, is it? Might as well play nice... for now.
She wore a fitting dress with spirals of blue, white, and light blue swirling down the length like a candy cane that could have been painted with the ocean itself. The white boots that clung to her legs clicked lightly as she walked, matching the white gloves that wrapped around her arms all the way up to the mid-upper part of them. Draped around her neck was a pearl necklace, the centered one was in the shape a heart (her token). Matching the necklace, strings of pears were woven into her hair. Her steel gray eyes were accented with a white, mesh that hung in front of them, dangling from the white yammaca styled hat that was planted in her hair. The natural white-blonde mess had been neatly tucked away into a small bun and her hair was highlighted with blue and platinum streaks. She looked as if she could have been some mythical goddess that ruled over all of the sea. She loved it.
Her full lips which were normally set in a scowl were actually upturned into a bright smile. Her eyes glittered in the light and as she turned her attention to Mr. Gee. She did as he said, her hands smoothing out the back of her dress as she sat in her chair, one of her legs crossing over the other.
Her smile slowly morphed into a smirk that was perfect on her lips. She couldn't help herself as she replied to his question. "My drive? Well... To put it simply, it's the challenge itself. To look death in the face and conquer it..." a light shiver ghosted up her spine, "It's exhilarating. But.... I'm not only doing it for myself but," she paused, her eyes falling to her feet as her hand reached up to stroke the centered peal heart on her necklace, "I'm doing it for my family. My father back home and... And my sister, her voice started to grow quite, the smirk long faded from her lips, "Though, it's unfortunate to say that she won't be awaiting my return back home."
This was true. Her sister wouldn't be waiting because her sister was claimed by the games a few years back.

*smiles sadly* I think I remember your sister, she was a very sweet girl. I do hope your outcome is better than hers. (moment of scilence)
However we can not dwell on the past too much in the games. The games are about the here, now and teh fact that you are alive. You seem to grasp that concept well with your drive. You are determined to win. I like that in a tribute, they always last longer than the others. *straightens jacket* You must have Gabe as a designer, he always has loved working with District 4 tributes. He is a very skilled designer isn't he.... Well down to the next question, Back home, what do you do to pass the time?

Her head bobbed solemnly in a quiet nod as Mr. Gee had claimed that her sister was sweet. It was true. As was Panthea. But everything changes sooner or later.
He was right. The games were about the here. The now. The ugly, horrible truth. Twenty-three people were going to die. Panthea was determined to not be one of them. And it showed. The way she positioned herself - her back erect and hope - no, the pure determination and confidence she always held glimmered in her eyes. She was not going to fall before anyone anytime soon. Sweeny Gee was right. She was very determined.
"Of course I'm determined, she couldn't stop the sure confidence from lacing itself in her unwavering voice, "I refuse to fall before anyone." Her smile faded with the last statement. A grim determination tainted her features as she looked at the cameras. Then another one of her wicked smirks grew on her lips like some creepy summoning had just taken place. Though, just as quickly as it had appeared, it was gone and her eyes were back on Sweeny Gee at the mention of Gabe.
"Oh, yes. Gabe," she gazed down at her dress, smoothing it out on her leg for a moment before continuing, "He's very skilled. And quite lovely if I do say so myself."
She paused as she thought about the question. What did she do in the past time...
"Well, normally, I try and help out my father: repair hooks, nets, you know. The usual for District Four. And if not then I'm with my friends. I try to go running every morning to stay fit, too." Seemed innocent enough. No need to let the world know about her... darker personality quite yet.
